Directions
The Air Rights Center is a four-tower office complex located in downtown Bethesda, seven miles northwest of Washington DC's central business district and approximately two miles south of I-495, Metropolitan Washington's Capital Beltway. The towers are connected on the first level by a retail promenade that features restaurants, shops and services.

By Car:
From Baltimore:
- Take Route I-95S.
- Merge onto the Capital Beltway (Route I-495) and take it toward Bethesda.
- Exit on Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355S) to Bethesda.
- Turn left on Montgomery Avenue, one block past East-West Highway and Old Georgetown Road.
- Turn right on Waverly Street. The Air Rights Center parking garage will be on your left.
From Rockville:
- Take Rockville Pike (Route 355S) into Bethesda. Rockville Pike will become Wisconsin Avenue.
- Turn left on Montgomery Avenue, one block past East-West Highway and Old Georgetown Road.
- Turn right on Waverly Street. The Air Rights Center parking garage will be on your left.
From Silver Spring:
- Take East-West Highway (Route 410W).
- Cross Connecticut Avenue (Route 193).
- In Bethesda, turn left on Waverly Street (one block before East-West Highway ends at Wisconsin Avenue).
- Cross Montgomery Avenue. The Air Rights Center parking garage will be on your left.
From Washington, DC:
- Take Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355N) into Bethesda.
- Turn right on Waverly Street, the sixth right after Bradley Boulevard. The Air Rights Center parking garage will be on your right.
From Northern Virginia:
- Take the Capital Beltway (Route I-495) toward Bethesda.
- Exit on Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355), south to Bethesda.
- Turn left on Montgomery Avenue, one block past East-West Highway and Old Georgetown Road.
- Turn right on Waverly Street. The Air Rights Center parking garage will be on your left.
Parking Garages
- Montgomery County public parking garages (metered) on Waverly Street between East-West Highway (Route 410W) and Montgomery Avenue (Route 410E).
- Air Rights Center parking garage (hourly) on Waverly Street between Montgomery Avenue (Route 410E) and Wisconsin Avenue.
Finding our office from inside the building
- Follow signs to the “East Tower.” In the East Tower, across from an Allstate office, is a set of elevators. Take the elevator to the 7th floor. When you exit the elevator, you will see Suite 700 East directly across from the elevator doors.
By Metro:
Our office is within walking distance from the Bethesda Metro Station, which operates on the Red Line.
From the Bethesda Metro Station:
- When exiting the station, you first will ride on a long escalator.
- After getting off the escalator, turn right and walk through an indoor tunnel until you see a set of glass doors. Those doors will lead you to another short escalator.
- Take this escalator up to the street level and go through the glass door that is situated on Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355).
- Once you are on Wisconsin Avenue, you will proceed south. Go 2 blocks, crossing Montgomery Avenue and Waverly Street. You then should turn left onto Elm Street. You will then be walking adjacent to the Air Rights Center.
- Enter at the Elm Street entrance, which contains the words “7315 Wisconsin Ave.”
Finding our office from the Elm Street entrance
- After you enter using the Elm Street entrance, turn left at the security desk. You will see a column or pillar that contains a sign stating “East Tower.” Behind the column and to the right is a set of elevators. Take the elevator to the 7th floor. When you exit the elevator, you will see Suite 700 East directly across from the elevator doors.
